The staff were kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was bright and spacious, with efficient and committed staff attending to our needs. The hotel had state-of-the-art facilities and made excellent arrangements for travel. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets, restaurants and both Ubud and the beach. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided useful information about local attractions and offered tour packages. the hotel facilities were well, maintained, especially the pool , clean and refreshing. the hotel offered a variety of freshly, made food.
The location was a bit out of the way and required a taxi to get anywhere of interest. There were few nearby restaurants and shops, though there were some temples and a supermarket present.

Reception and staff offer great assistance with recommendations and tours. the rooms are clean with comfortable beds, walk-in showers, and basic appliances such as a kettle, fridge, and microwave. the breakfasts are delicious, and there are spa facilities on-site.
The hotel lacks a gym and some guests might find it inconvenient.

The hotel had well-equipped rooms with useful facilities such as a coffee machine and fridge. The staff was friendly and always available to help with arranging transportation and tours. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions.
The shower drainage had issues, causing frequent flooding in the bathroom. , the breakfast was average, and sometimes the juices were forgotten.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean and had great facilities like comfortable beds and a nice pool. Additionally, the hotel offers free shuttle services to the airport and this city, which was a huge help.
Almost perfect.
